Head Pastor, Reverend Rick Marshall, has a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Oregon and a Master of Divinity degree from Claremont School of Theology, where he studied process theology with John B. Cobb, Jr., and David Ray Griffin. He is the author of a confirmation curriculum and is a regular contributor to the Process & Faith Lectionary Commentary. He has served as BUCC’s minister for more than 30 years and has been active in the wider community. His special interests include pastoral care with grieving families and mortuary professionals.
